MARKETING ACCOUNT MANAGER
As a Marketing Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing marketing campaigns, and ensuring the successful execution of marketing strategies. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their business goals and objectives, and working collaboratively with internal teams to deliver high-quality marketing solutions. Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as their trusted advisor and point of contact.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their marketing goals, target audience, and industry landscape.
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns that align with client objectives.
- Coordinate and oversee the implementation of marketing initiatives across various channels, including digital, social media, content, and offline marketing.
- Work closely with internal teams, including creative, content, and digital marketing teams, to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality marketing assets and campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, using data and insights to optimize strategies and drive results.
- Provide regular updates and performance reports to clients, highlighting key metrics and campaign achievements.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful campaign execution.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging marketing technologies, and best practices.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and client upselling, collaborating with the sales team when necessary.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Marketing Account Manager or similar role, with a track record of managing successful marketing campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of various marketing channels, including digital marketing, social media, content marketing, and branding.
- Strong client management and relationship-building skills, with the ability to understand and address client needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and solutions to clients.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, analyze campaign performance, and generate actionable insights.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, such as marketing automation software, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
